Mr. Brady brings over 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with expertise spanning brokerage, acquisitions, dispositions, joint venture equity placement, structured finance, and fundraising. In 2009, he co-founded ATCAP Partners.

Throughout his career, Mr. Brady has cultivated a broad skill set across various asset classes, with a particular emphasis on the office and industrial sectors. Before founding his own firms, he served as Acquisition Manager at Mcfarlan Capital Partners, where he identified commercial investment opportunities and deployed capital through direct acquisitions and joint ventures nationwide. In this role, he negotiated partnership agreements, raised equity, and managed investments aligned with Mcfarlan’s fund strategies. Subsequently, Mr. Brady held the position of Director of Acquisitions at Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments (HLCI), where he oversaw acquisition programs for a range of institutional clients, including pension fund advisors, insurance companies, and private capital groups. His clients included notable entities such as TA Associates, The Principal Group, and The Billingsley Company.

At ATCAP Partners, Mr. Brady focuses on sourcing investment opportunities and managing equity relationships. He is a CREST real estate graduate and a former member of the Council of Logistics Management. Mr. Brady holds a Bachelor of Arts in Macrobiology from Rhodes College.

Mr. Hannagan, with more than 25 years of commercial real estate experience, has a solid background in asset management, acquisitions, dispositions and brokerage. In an asset management capacity, Mr. Hannagan works directly with leasing and property management to ensure the successful execution of investment goals. In addition to this role, Mr. Hannagan is focused on acquisition and development, as well as the growth of all aspects of ATCAP Partners. He is also instrumental in securing debt and equity financing within the platform.

Prior to co-founding ATCAP Partners, Mr. Hannagan was an Investment Manager at Frontier Equity, which at the time, owned and operated over 5 million square feet of office and industrial assets. Mr. Hannagan also spent more than 10 years as a broker, the majority of which was at CBRE. While at CBRE, Brad worked directly with CBRE Investors helping them reposition their Dallas assets. He represented both building owners and tenants in a leasing capacity, providing a unique experience to which Mr. Hannagan is able to employ throughout the asset management function.

Mr. Hannagan graduated from Oklahoma State University with a BS in Accounting. He received his MBA in Finance from the SMU Cox School of Business.

Mr. Cartwright has over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. Prior to his role at ATCAP, he was one of the founding partners of Frontier Equity. In that role, he was responsible for executing the various investment initiatives of the firm as well as management of the investment team.

Mr. Cartwright has a broad base of experience in brokerage, acquisitions, asset management, operations, and leasing with a wide variety of institutional partners. He has completed numerous office and industrial ground-up developments and has executed multiple comprehensive repositioning plays with successful outcomes. The early parts of his career were spent at Holt Lunsford Commercial in the areas of finance and accounting. This background provides unique experience and insight into the day-to-day operations of commercial real estate. Currently, he spends most of his time in an advisory role to real estate investors, tenants, and entrepreneurs.

Mr. Cartwrights serves in a volunteer capacity for several civic and non-profit entities. He is licensed by the state of Texas as a real estate broker and a Certified Public Accountant. He completed his undergraduate education at Abilene Christian University with majors in accounting and finance.
