P.J. BradyAcquisitions & Equity/Debt
Mr. Brady has more than 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, including brokerage, acquisitions, dispositions, joint venture equity placement, structured finance and fund raising. In 2006, he co-founded Knightvest Capital before teaming up to co-found ATCAP Partners in 2009, a real estate investment company focused on institutional quality office and multi-tenant industrial assets.
Mr. Brady has a broad spectrum of experience in all asset classes, but consistently gravitated to the office and industrial sectors throughout his career. Prior to forming his own companies, Mr. Brady was the Acquisition Manager for Macfarlan Capital Partners and was responsible for identifying commercial investments and deploying capital in both direct acquisitions and joint ventures in all product types, coast to coast. Brady negotiated partnership agreements, raised equity and managed opportunities specific to each of Macfarlan’s fund parameters. Mr. Brady held the position of Director of Acquisitions at the Holt Companies, Inc., where he managed acquisition programs for pension fund advisors, pension funds, insurance companies and private capital clients of The Holt Companies, including: TA Associates, The Principal Group, and The Billingsly Company. His primary role at ATCAP Partners is opportunity sourcing and equity relations.
P.J. is a former Member of the Council of Logistics Management, a CREST Real Estate graduate. Mr. Brady graduated from Rhodes College with a BA in Macro-Biology.
Brad HannaganAsset Management, Acquisitions and Due Diligence
With 20 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Hannagan has an extensive background in asset management, acquisitions, dispositions and brokerage.
In an asset management capacity, Mr. Hannagan works directly with leasing and property management to ensure the successful execution of investment goals. In addition to this roll, Mr. Hannagan is focused on acquisition and development, as well as the growth of all aspects of ATCAP Partners. He is also instrumental in securing debt and equity financing within the platform.
Prior to co-founding ATCAP Partners, Mr. Hannagan was an Investment Manager at Frontier Equity, which, owned and operated office and industrial assets. Mr. Hannagan also spent more than 10 years as a broker, most which was at CBRE. While at CBRE, Mr. Hannagan worked directly with CBRE Investors helping them reposition their Dallas assets. He represented both building owners and tenants in leasing capacity, providing a unique experience to which Mr. Hannagan can employ throughout the asset management function.
Mr. Hannagan graduated from Oklahoma State University with a BS in Accounting and received his MBA in Finance from the Cox School of Business at SMU.
David CartwrightAcquisitions, Development and Asset Management
Mr. Cartwright has twenty years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. His primary role at ATCAP Partners is to oversee the execution of ATCAP’s acquisition strategy. Prior to his role at ATCAP, he was one of the founding partners of Frontier Equity. In that role, he was responsible for executing the various investment initiatives of the firm as well as management of internal and external team members. Mr. Cartwright has a broad base of experience in acquisitions, asset management, operations and leasing with a wide variety of institutional partners. He has completed numerous office and industrial ground-up developments and has executed a number of hard re-positioning plays with successful outcomes. The early parts of his career were spent at Holt Lunsford Commercial in the areas of finance and accounting. This background provides unique experience and insight into the day-to-day operations of commercial real estate.
Mr. Cartwright is a member of The Real Estate Council and has served in a volunteer capacity for several civic and non-profit entities. He holds a Texas real estate salesman’s license and is licensed by the State of Texas as a Certified Public Accountant. He completed his undergraduate education at Abilene Christian University with majors in accounting and finance.
